My name is Thomas Howe and, together with my wife Hayley, we are proud to have built up a reputation for dedication and excellence in selling beautiful homes across South London, Kent & Surrey. Having been born and brought up in South London, both Hayley and I have a genuine passion for the area, and we have found our home in Beckenham, where we raise our three children. For us, working with sellers & landlords to get their property sold or let for the best possible price is a source of immense pride and personal satisfaction.
We work hard, building our reputation as the go-to property specialist in South London and a trusted source of information and advice for anyone looking to sell or let their home. When you sell your property through us, you receive a truly personal service. We communicate with you directly from start to finish; there is no call centre or automated messaging system. It’s just Hayley and me, tailoring our approach to offer our clients a genuinely bespoke estate agency experience.
I began my career in 2010, working in the corporate sector for one of London’s largest companies and climbing the ladder to become an associate director overseeing multiple South-West London locations. After a decade or so, I decided to change direction and set up my own business, working with the UK’s largest online agent to sell properties across South East London, Kent & Surrey. I very quickly became the top performing estate agent nationwide, thanks to my strong focus on customer service.I am a proud husband and father to three children. Family for me comes first, with my love of sport a close second.
When I am not conducting viewings for my clients or spending downtime with my family, you will likely find me on a cricket or rugby pitch on Saturdays, playing for my local sports club.
I worked in one of London’s largest estate agency for several years, which is where I first met Thomas. I have since had three children and am proud to have a wonderful career and family. My previous role focused heavily on providing administrative and operational support for our clients, which is something I continue to do in my current position.
I genuinely enjoy working with sellers and am dedicated to ensuring the highest level of care. Life is pretty manic with my work and raising three young children, dashing between birthday parties and play dates most weekends. Having played national level tennis until I was 18, I am keen to instil a love of sports into all our children, so you will often see us all in the tennis courts or on the sports field with a bat or ball in hand!
Michael O’Flaherty is the head of marketing and resident photographer at Thomas Howe Property. With a strong background in the property market, he previously excelled as an estate agent before transitioning to property photography in early 2020.
Bringing more than 13 years of experience living and working in South London, Michael's keen eye and creative approach have enabled him to capture the unique essence of each property. His dedication and talent shine through in his work with Thomas Howe Property, where he plays a key role in showcasing their listings.
Despite juggling his busy schedule as a father of three and a devoted husband, Michael still manages to indulge in his passions for golf and red wine. When he's not behind the lens, you can often find him in a cozy coffee shop in Beckenham, where he resides with his family. There, he enjoys savoring a triple shot macchiato and a bacon sandwich while perfecting his craft through photo editing. We are grateful for Michael's commitment and the artistic flair he brings to our team.
Alex has been a valuable member of the Thomas Howe Property team since 2023. Initially specialising as a viewing assistant, Alex has since transitioned into a role within the lettings team, where he is playing a crucial role in spearheading the department's growth.
Alex, a local residing in West Wickham, attended Langley School for boys but opted out of university to pursue a career in estate agency. When not working, he can usually be found showcasing his cricket skills on various pitches throughout Kent, representing OD Cuaco Cricket Club.
I have been in estate agency since 2003, starting my career for a large London agent in lettings.
I soon moved into sales and spent most of my time managing branches in South East London and Kent. I took a break in 2016 to have my children.
I really enjoy the role of Head of Client services as I get to support our clients from when they first come to the market, all the way to handing over their keys. Moving can be stressful, daunting and exciting, and my role is to take some of that stress away and drive the sale forward to a close as soon as possible for everyone.
When I am not working, I simply love being at home with my family, running, gym and long walks with a good latte!
I have worked in property for over 13 years and now run my own successful sales progression business. Having handled thousands of transactions, I know how important it is to keep things moving smoothly while supporting buyers and sellers through the process.
At Thomas Howe Property, I work closely with the team to ensure every sale progresses as efficiently as possible. I pride myself on clear communication, problem-solving, and a proactive approach, making sure clients feel informed and reassured at every stage.
As a business owner and mum, life is always busy! Between managing sales progression and family life, I understand the value of organisation, efficiency, and teamwork. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and enjoying the simple things in life.
